Warranty
All SkyVac® systems come with a 12 months warranty from date of purchase covering manufacturer's defects. The SkyVac® North American team provides back up and post-sales support from it's Sanford NC, USA location.
Filters and Carbon Fiber Poles are not warrantied against breakage as a result of misuse or improper use by the operator. These types of items must be handled as instructed and do require extra care. Please ask a Clean Direct Representative to explain in more detail if needed before your purchase.
In order to process a warranty claim please contact us by submitting this form.
Once the request has been received we may ask for you to send pictures or a short video of the item in question so we can validate the claim or assist in fixing the problem. The majority of claims we receive are actually operator error or very small and easily resolved issues so please give us the opportunity to help guide you through it.
After analyzing the problem, if a repair is determined as needed by SkyVac® technicians then the customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to SkyVac® at their cost. Please make sure it is properly packaged for return and insured. If the return package is lost or damaged by the carrier then the sender will need to file a claim with the carrier. SkyVac® / Clean Direct will not be held liable.
If it is determined by SkyVac® technicians that no return is required by the customer and that SkyVac® will be sending replacement parts then the customer is responsible for shipping costs of the replacement items. In some instances SkyVac® at their sole determination may waive that re-ship cost.

No claims will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number which we will give to you once we have confirmed over the phone or via email that your issue warrants further inspection at our facility.
If your issue is urgent in nature you have the option to purchase a replacement part which we can fulfill quickly. Once we receive your item to our warehouse then we will inspect it and determine if the manufacturer's warranty applies. If it does we will reimburse you for the replacement item.
SkyVac® disclaims and denies any liability for any direct, indirect, special incidental or consequential damage which may be suffered as a result of sale, delivery, servicing, use, loss of any product, downtime, labor, freight, or other charges not expressly included herein.
