Thank you for visiting and shopping at SkyVac . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic (Canadian) Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipments are currently fulfilled from our USA warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or quoted directly to you per request.

Shipment Methods
The method of shipment is determined by our shipping department depending on location, distance, cost and other factors.

We offer:

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS
  • Fedex
  • Freight Shipping through various carriers

Overnight delivery is available in some circumstances but only for orders with delivery addresses in Canada or USA.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Clean Direct Inc. / SkyVac ships to addresses within Canada, the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Normally we use UPS Ground or USPS to deliver smaller packages. International freight needs to be discussed directly with your Clean Direct / SkyVac Rep before purchase. We can be reached at 844-759-8227.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customs & Duties charges have already been applied to the products in our store.   Our customs agent will take care of it once the shipment reaches the Canada / USA border.

Clean Direct Inc / SkyVac. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order with obvious, visual damage PLEASE DENY THE SHIPMENT. If you received your order with damage only seen AFTER you signed for and inspected the merchandise please contact us and we will initiate the carrier claim for you. PLEASE take lots of pictures of the packaging and damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Many times the shipping company will require to inspect the damaged packaging in order to confirm damage.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do ship small packages outside the U.S to Canada and other areas of the country. For freight shipments we support USA, Canada and few other surrounding areas like the Caribbean.
